Our Returns and Exchange Policy

While we pride ourselves with the quality of the products we sell and distribute here in Forever Mommy, we know that you may sometimes have the need to return them. If this happens and if there is a need to do returns and refunds, this page will cover what you need to know about our returns and refunds policy.

 

What happens when you changed your mind?

You will need to call and coordinate with our Customer Service Department first at (02) 283-5154 to know if your returns qualify.

Make sure the item is in RESALABLE, UNOPENED, and UNUSED condition. We cannot credit returned items that are opened, marked, or otherwise damaged.

Enclose a copy of your invoice. Please include a copy of the original invoice (or the invoice number and invoice date) with the returned item/s so that we can issue the proper credit.

Prepare a valid copy of your Photo I.D.

The customer care support will then give you options to accommodate your returns if your items qualify.

The 30 day return policy is enforced and only items that are in like new condition with original contents and packaging are allowed to be changed or returned.

Within 30 days of receipt of the goods you will be offered a full refund. Refunds will be issued in the form of merchandise credit.

 

How to return items?

If for some reason you wish to return your purchase, you’ll need to call our Customer Service department at (02) 283-5154 to obtain an approval number. Once you have obtained your approval number, please follow these three easy instructions to return your purchase:

  1. Make sure the item is in RESALABLE, UNOPENED, and UNUSED condition. We cannot credit returned items that are opened, marked, or otherwise damaged.
  2. Enclose a copy of your invoice. Please include a copy of the original invoice (or the invoice number and invoice date) with the returned item/s so that we can issue the proper credit.

Depending on your location, you may need to ship the items back to us, the customer care support will be evaluating each case individually for this.

  1. Ship the package to our company address which will be given by the customer service representative. To guarantee delivery, please insure your package or ship it through LBC.

Return costs

Most of the products returned are with no cost at all for you, but you need to cover the delivery fees for postal or courier.

If you change your mind about an order, you will need to pay any postal return costs, unless the customer care support evaluator state otherwise. Most items can be returned by post or courier, but for larger items, the cost will vary depending on the size and the returns service used.

In selected areas we can do a pick up transfer.

 

What kind of refund you will give to the customer after the item is returned?

We only give store credit and merchandise credit as our refunds once we received the returned items.
